Morning Gym Receptionist Welcoming Members

Responsibilities: Greet and check in members with a friendly, upbeat attitude during morning hoursOpen the gym on Monday mornings on timeAnswer phones, respond to member inquiries, and handle front desk operationsAssist with new member sign-ups, tours, and membership account managementMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environmentHandle member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessaryPerform opening procedures and ensure the facility is ready for the dayPromote and sell Planet Fitness memberships and additional servicesRequirements: Availability for early morning shifts, including weekdays and/or weekendsStrong customer service and communication skillsPositive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping othersBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn membership softwareAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, member-facing environmentPrior customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferredMust be reliable, punctual, and a dependable team playerAbout Us: Planet Fitness – PF Baseline Fitness is part of one of the largest and most recognized fitness chains in the world, dedicated to providing a welcoming, judgment-free environment for members of all fitness levels.
