Location: Genesis of Ridgefield, Ridgefield, CT
What You'll Do:- Handle inbound and outbound service calls
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in the CRMCommunicate effectively between customers and the Service Department
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
What We're Looking For:- Strong communication skills
- Professional, upbeat, customer-first attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Previous BDC, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- MyKarma and CDK experience preferred, but not required
