Job Title: Corporate Vice President - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: 100% remote with travel
Salary Range: $250,000-$300,000 + 35% annual bonus
Type: Full Time, Salaried with benefits
Overview:
Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Corporate Leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations to direct and lead multiple sites in corporate and operational goals and strategic plans. This is a remote based position, requiring monthly travel.
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and manage all operations teams
Support the development of corporate and operational priorities and strategic plans
Create, manage, coordinate and execute operational strategies and implements tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
Responsible for financial and operational reporting to leadership, recommendingchanges and needs
Ability to represent the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations
Interaction with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines
Requirements:
Bachelors required, Master's preferred
15+ years of relevant experience, but at least 5+ with in corporate leadership and direct reports
Expertise in manufacturing in a regulated environment
Must be a "change agent", ability to make difficult decisions
Requires organizational professionalism, field and industry knowledge
Strong Leadership for nationwide organization
