While we will train the right person on our specific kitting and staging processes, you must come to us with solid equipment and driving experience.
What You’ll Do:
Master the Flow: Move materials from "Point A to Point B" for all areas of the organization, ensuring everything is identified and orderly.
Equipment Ops: Utilize your experience to safely operate Forklifts and Overhead Cranes to retrieve and move heavy manufacturing materials.
The Stage Master: "Kit" and prep parts for our 5 install bays and loading trucks for Will-Call customers.
Logistics Support: Use the company truck to deliver items to customers/suppliers and obtain signatures for validation.
Required Qualifications:
Equipment Proficiency: Must be a safe operator of Forklifts (Overhead Crane experience is a plus).Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle an active "on-your-feet" shop environment.
Reliability: You are the anchor of the shop. You show up on time and ready to win.
Organization:
You take pride in keeping inventory identified and orderly.
Why Future Line?
Process-Driven: You aren't walking into chaos. We have the roadmap; you just need to execute it.
No Retail Burnout: Work with a professional internal team, not the general public.
Stability: Locally owned and operated for over 25 years.
