Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Tech PRN to provide exceptional care in our state-of-the-art imaging facilities. As a CT Technologist on our per diem roster, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients, supporting our mission to improve and save lives with compassion and high-quality care. This position requires flexibility in schedule, with shifts that encompass weekends, nights, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic needs of our healthcare services. Operate CT equipment to produce quality images of the required body parts according to physician specifications and industry standards. Prepare patients for CT scans, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety during the exam. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate data, and prepare results for medical personnel. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and effective use of radiation and imaging equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and preserve confidentiality and integrity of data. Coordinate with other healthcare team members to provide holistic care. Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment Strong understanding of radiology/imaging procedures and safety standards Excellent patient management skills Ability to interpret instructions and solve practical problems Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Current state license as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
