Avada Properties seeks a dynamic Owner Relations Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation rental owners from onboarding to ongoing care. You will be the primary contact, building trust through proactive communication and strategic guidance, driving retention and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include onboarding new properties, coordinating property readiness, reviewing owner statements, and collaborating with Operations and Revenue teams to explain performance drivers and pricing
