About the Job: Herno is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Key Holder to join our team for the exciting new outlet store opening at Belmont Park Village around November 15, 2026. As a founding team member of our new outlet location, you will play a vital role in setting up the showroom, launching the store, and establishing Herno's premium brand presence. This role is ideal for a high-energy luxury retail professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced outlet environment and excels at both premium clienteling and high-turnover inventory execution.

Key Responsibilities: Grand Opening Setup: Assist the management team with initial high-volume stock intake, visual merchandising setup, and organizing the stockroom ahead of the mid-November launch. Store Operations & Security: Serve as a trusted key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures, cash handling, high-traffic register management, and maintaining store security. Sales & Outlet Clienteling: Drive sales goals by delivering an elevated customer experience. Actively build client relationships in an outlet setting, manage clienteling databases, and resolve customer inquiries or high-volume returns effectively. Team Support: Act as a positive role model on the sales floor. Assist the management team in training new staff, delegating daily tasks, and keeping the team motivated during high-traffic shopping periods. Inventory & Pace Management: Ensure the selling floor reflects Herno’s premium brand image despite high foot traffic. Assist with rapid stock replenishment, processing large shipments, inventory counts, transfers, and visual merchandising updates.

Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of premium/luxury retail apparel sales and stock experience (outlet environment experience is a plus).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure in a busy outlet atmosphere.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts to meet the demands of a high-traffic opening and peak holiday season.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on a busy sales floor. Ability to comfortably lift and carry a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance (handling large incoming stock and frequent outlet shipments).Comfortable using ladders or stairs, and performing basic store maintenance (dusting, vacuuming, keeping the space pristine).
