Golf-Grade Rubber Compounder — Precision Manufacturing

Callaway Golf Company is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to perform material handling, mixing support and quality checks in our rubber stock production area. Responsibilities include scanning weights and lot numbers, staging ingredients, post-mixing with a two-roll mill, preparing pre-qualification samples, labeling and delivering materials to the next process, and supporting operators as needed.
