Commercial Counsel, CLM & Clinical Contracts - San Diego

Iambic Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Commercial to draft and negotiate a broad array of commercial contracts and lead our contract lifecycle management program from our San Diego headquarters. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, advise on complex risk terms, and collaborate with Clinical Operations on CRO and clinical trial agreements. In-house biotech or pharma experience strongly preferred, with a hands-on, business-minded approach.
