On-Call Hospice RN Overnight Home Care

Affinity Health Management seeks an On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient census and family inquiries during nights, weekends and holidays. You will provide urgent clinical and psychosocial interventions, focusing on pain and symptom control with coordination across the hospice team. The role requires independent assessment, documentation, and collaboration with the Medical Director and IDG to ensure quality patient care. A Florida RN license is required.
