You’ll rotate through stations that include plasma cutting, semi-automatic fabrication, welding support, robotics-assisted processes, and material handling. We have openings on first and second shift and provide thorough, on-the-job training.
What You’ll Do:
Run fabrication machinery: plasma cutters, cold saws/band saws, threading and grooving machines, grinders, and semi-automatic equipment.
Support shop operations across fabrication, welding support, machine operation, robotics, and material handling.
Prepare steel pipe and materials—cut, groove, thread, grind—to meet customer specs and production targets.
Assist with machine operations such as outlet placement and automated fabrication processes.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints/specs, measurements, and tape measures to ensure accuracy.
Inspect materials, welds, and finished goods for defects and dimensional conformance.
Perform finishing tasks: grinding, deburring, cleanup, and general fabrication support.
