As a Branch Manager Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training across every area of branch operationsfrom warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
- Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
