American Corporate Partners is the nation's leading mentoring program for post 9/11 veterans and active duty spouses. ACP's offices are in mid-town NYC and central Washington DC and we are looking for energetic, hardworking and thoughtful Operations Associates, looking to make a difference (acp-usa.org).

ACP's Operating Associates work with mentors and veterans/spouses to create mentoring pairs, provide resources, monitor relationships and provide introductions. Our staff now exceeds 75.
Primary Responsibilities:
On-boarding Mentor and Protégé applicants, including reviewing applications and conducting short phone interviews
Pairing Mentors with post-9/11 veterans and military spouses based on their career interests, personalities, locations, etc.
Managing a caseload of mentorships and providing facilitation and high-touch support to Mentors and Protégés alike; Mentors can include Fortune 500 leaders and other senior executives from the public and private sectors; Protégés reflect one of the most diverse populations in our country - racially, geographically and educationally – and represent all ranks and branches of our miltary.
