Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to join our Advisory team and provide strategic guidance and governance for enterprise-scale data initiatives. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to design, review, and standardize modern data architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence enterprise-level architectural decisions.
Required Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, solution architecture, or similar senior technical roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
- Proven leadership, communication, and advisory skills with experience influencing enterprise-level decisions.
- Deep expertise in modern data architectures: data lakehouse, data warehouse, operational data stores, and streaming/event-driven systems.
- Advanced experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling using tools such as Erwin.
- Strong knowledge of data security principles including RBAC, ABAC, encryption, and tokenization.
- Experience with architecture governance, design reviews, and enforcing enterprise standards at scale.
