Receiver Domain Engineer

Location: Peachtree City, GA || Target Rate - $70/hr || WWS ID - 1170884-6 yrs. total experience of which strong 2-3 yrs experience in with SW development for tuner (receiver) on AM, FM, Sirius XM (SXM), HD radio, DAB etc. Good hands-on and knowledge of receiver/tuner features like seek up/down, presets etc. Has strong experience in working on lower layers of tuner IC interfacing, middleware and application SW development Strong hands-on experience in C, C++, Embedded and RTOS experience Conversant with tuner features and terminologies like TA (traffic announcement), TP (Traffic programming), TMCShould be able to do requirement gathering, design and development of new tuner features Hands-on with unit testing and functional testing using AM/FM signal generators Good understanding of source control and experience on tools like SVN, GIT or any other source control tools Understanding of multi-model year product development in multiple streams in parallel Experience in Automotive domain is preferred
