Job Responsibilities:- As a packer, you will:
- Unpack and unbox frozen packaged products (pork).Place products on racks for defrosting.
- Remove defrosted products from racks, take off outer plastic, and place them into containers for specialized cuts.
What You Bring: A positive, can-do attitude.
Working Environment:
Work with fresh meat products such as ham, bacon, and sausage.
Be prepared for a strong smoke smell as the meat is smoked after thawing.
