Sales & Growth: Introduce guests and members to the Recovery Center, deliver impactful introductory sessions, and successfully sell monthly subscriptions and packages.
Program Administration: Ensure accurate setup and ongoing tracking of client programs, including dotFIT profiles, lifestyle supplements, and modality utilization.
Operational Standards: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Recovery Center, ensuring all equipment is clean and fully operational.
Community Connection: Respond professionally to member inquiries, build strong relationships, and actively encourage member involvement in recovery routines.
What You Bring
Expertise: A strong understanding of customer service fundamentals and a proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
Energy & Drive: High motivation to hit sales performance metrics and the ability to execute successful weekend operations.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to educate members on recovery science and supplement benefits.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Certifications: Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding).
Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
Why Join the Team?
Free Membership Perks: Complimentary access to all our premier fitness facilities.
Flexible Scheduling: Shift options tailored around client needs and your personal availability.
Paid Training & Coaching: Comprehensive paid onboarding program covering sales fundamentals, plus ongoing 1:1 business coaching.
Certification Support: Access to online courses and certifications that provide required CEUs to keep your professional credentials active.
