The New Graduate Trainee program at Rush Enterprises, Inc. in Texas is a fast-paced six-month rotation designed to expose graduates to dealership functions and to develop the skills needed for advancement into full-time roles across Rush Truck Centers.
Participants gain formal and informal training in leadership, HR, marketing, sales and operations, with phased deployments across parts, service, collision, and truck sales, and potential progression to management within the Rush network.
