Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial, product, or marketing roles within a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise, with a focus on highly engineered products. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to influence in a global structure, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required, and experience in Agile product management and NPD stage gate systems is preferred.
