We are looking for a maintenance person for a medium sized condominium complex. We have both part time and full time potential openings. Duties include general maintenance of the facility and grounds. Pressure Washing, grounds upkeep, pool area upkeep, light AC filter replacements, minor equipment maintenance, leak detection and light repairs.
