Position Summary:
Meat Cutters will be assisting in the total operation of the meat department. This will include cutting meat, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Cutting meats to Tom's high-quality standards while following all safety guidelines
- Ensure the meat department and displays are fresh and full.
- Maintain a clean, organized meat department
- Stay familiar with weekly ads, product locations, and promotions
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling rules
- Support overall store operations as assigned
Requirements:- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Safely use saws, knives, and grinders.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
