Senior Land & Title Strategist - Oil & Gas

Ring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Landman based in The Woodlands, TX, to support the Land Team in leasing, acquisitions, title work, and surface-use matters. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, provide guidance to junior staff, and handle complex land contracts and title curative tasks. The role requires 8–15 years of in-house land experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, prioritization, and detail-oriented skills.
