Travel Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiovascular Technologist - CVT)
Location: New York
Pay: $2,700 – $3,100 per week (adjust if needed)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule10-hour shifts, primarily days Some evening shifts required On-call and callback required per unit needs
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist / Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)to support a high-acuity Cardiac Cath and EP Lab. This role requires strong experience in invasive cardiac procedures and the ability to function in multiple roles including scrub, circulator, and monitor.
Responsibilities:- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile field for cardiac procedures
- Set up and manage sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Assist physicians during invasive cardiac and vascular procedures
- Function in scrub, circulator, and monitoring roles
- Maintain patient safety and sterile technique throughout procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Required Experience:- Right and Left Heart Hemodynamics
- Cardiac Interventions (PCI, CTO)
- Vascular Interventions
- Advanced devices: RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, Flow
