Responsibilities:- Set up and operate screen printing machinery efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color matching.* Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.* Collaborate with graphic designers.* Adjust print settings based on artwork specifications, substrate type, and desired effects.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area to promote safety and efficiency.* Perform quality control checks on printed products to ensure color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality.* Troubleshoot technical issues related to screen printing equipment or print quality. .* Follow safety protocols and best practices for handling inks, chemicals, and machinery.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in screen printing or related graphic arts fields is preferred.* Knowledge of art direction, typography, color theory, visual design principles, and layout design.* Strong understanding of print advertising, illustration techniques, interior or production design is advantageous.* Ability to interpret digital artwork files accurately and prepare them for high-quality screen printing.* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
