People Operations Lead: Payroll, Hiring & Culture

NEURAL EARTH is seeking a People Operations Manager to own payroll, contractor payments, and the complete employee lifecycle across two entities in the US and abroad. You will lead hiring, HRIS/ATS, onboarding, leave administration, and partner with leaders to build a trusted, compliant People function that scales with the company’s growth and culture. This role reports to the CFO and requires precise handling of sensitive data and multi-state payroll compliance.
