User Research Operation EngineerManage multiple user research studies concurrently in a multifaceted, changing environment. Write technical documents including study instructions, operating procedures and training documents for study facilitators. Facilitate user study sessions ensuring a great participant experience and high quality data collection. Train and oversee other study facilitators on data collection procedures. Contribute to the design of user study data collection systems including hardware, firmware, software and user interface specifications. Review and assess study data for quality and integrity. Bring up, pilot and troubleshoot study protocols and data collection systems. Anticipate and develop risk mitigation strategies for potential scenarios that can jeopardize data quality and study timelines. Creatively identify and refine study protocols, processes and procedures to improve participant experience, data quality and operational efficiency.
Education & Experience:
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or related major) with 3+ years of experience required, MS preferred.
