Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Roll Thread Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating thread rolling equipment to produce precision-threaded metal components. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with metalworking machinery, tooling, and measuring equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate roll thread machinesSelect and install proper tooling and dies according to job requirementsPerform die changes and make machine/tooling adjustmentsMonitor machine operation and product qualityUse calipers and other basic measuring tools for in-process inspectionsTroubleshoot basic machine or tooling issuesREQUIREMENTS:1+ year of thread rolling experience preferred, but not requiredPrior experience operating metalworking or manufacturing machinery requiredMechanically inclined and comfortable using hand toolsAble to perform basic measurements using tape measureAble to follow work instructions and production requirementsValid Driver's License requiredWillingness to learn and train on thread rolling equipmentYou should be proficient in: Tape Measure ReadingMachine Setups for Production RunsManual Machining SkillsMachines & technologies you'll use: Thread Rolling Machine
