Position Details
Start Date: ASAP, 2026-2027 School Year
Setting: Middle School
Location:
Huntley School District 158 Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration
Your Responsibilities:- Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
- Progress monitoring
- Maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers
What We're Looking For:- Illinois Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
