Pay: $70$90 per hour

Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing visits in patients homes
- Complete assessments, care plans, and patient education
- Perform wound care, medication management, and coordination of care
- Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Document accurately and on time in a Medicare home health environment
Requirements:- Current Hawaii RN license 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in the field
