New York City · Hybrid · $200k-$220k base + equityI'm working with a fast-growing AI company that helps teams build AI into their day-to-day work. They're looking for a full-stack Product Marketer to own everything from understanding how customers use the product and deciding where it wins, through to launching new capabilities and helping Sales and Customer Success turn that work into adoption. The product ships meaningful updates almost every week. You'll work directly with engineers and the people closest to customers to understand what's being built, who it matters to and how big a story it warrants. Some weeks you'll be interviewing customers or reworking a piece of positioning. Others you'll be running a launch, writing a landing page or helping Sales explain a new use case in a live deal. What you'll own Customer and market insight. Get close to customers, sit in on sales calls and understand how teams buy, what they compare the product with and where they get value. Bring what you learn back to Product and GTM.Positioning and messaging. Define who the product is for, which use cases to lead with and why customers should choose it. Turn that into messaging people can actually use across the website, demos and sales conversations. Launches. Decide what deserves a bigger push and own the launch from audience and messaging through to rollout. Work with Growth, Field, Sales and Customer Success to get it in front of the right people. Content and product storytelling. Write landing pages, launch posts, customer stories and social copy, and shape how the product shows up in demos and video. You'll have strong Creative support and plenty of room to write and build yourself. Sales and Customer Success enablement. Build the pitch, use-case materials and competitive guidance teams need in real conversations. Help Customer Success show existing customers where else they can use the product. Adoption and feedback. Follow what happens after launch. Look at who's using the feature, where customers get stuck and which messages are landing, then use that to sharpen the next round of work. Who they're looking for You'll likely have 3–5+ years of dedicated B2B product marketing experience, with examples of taking a technical product or feature to market yourself. I'd want to hear what you learned from customers, how it changed the positioning, what you built and what happened once it went live. You might have learned the craft at an established tech company or already be covering a broad remit at a startup. Either way, you'll need to be comfortable getting into the weeds with Engineering, making a call when the brief is still taking shape and switching between strategy and execution in the same week. AI experience is useful. They care more about how quickly you can get to grips with a complex product and explain why it matters in plain English. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, founders and Engineering, with real ownership over how the company positions the product, brings new capabilities to market and helps customers get more out of it. If you've built solid PMM fundamentals and want a role where you can use the full range, I'd love to chat.
