Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex problems to warehouse management.
Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks, and participate in audits.
Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance and operational issues to management.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
