Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and verify prescription orders for safety and accuracy.
Counsel patients on prescription usage, side effects, and OTC products.
Administer required vaccines (Flu, COVID-19, Shingles, etc.).Oversee pharmacy techs and clerks to ensure effective daily workflow.
Maintain HIPAA compliance, state/federal regulations, and inventory control.
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist License. Pharm. D. or B.S. in Pharmacy. Active Immunization and CPR/BLS certifications.1+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).Proficiency with retail pharmacy systems (PioneerRx, QS/1, RX30, etc.).
