Starting Pay: $18.20/hour ($35,490 annually)

Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about helping others? Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Student Accounts Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll help students and families navigate their financial accounts, understand payment options, and resolve billing questions while contributing to a positive student experience.
What You'll Do:
Assist students and families with account balances, billing questions, and payment options.
Review and reconcile student accounts to ensure accuracy.
Process payments, invoices, refunds, and account adjustments.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with university departments to support student financial needs.
What We're Looking For:
Associate's degree or 60 college credits.
One year of finance-related office experience and at least three months of bookkeeping or cashiering experience.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with numbers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
