Overview:
A leading international law firm is seeking a 3-5-year Associate to join its Intellectual Property Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have licensing and transactional experience with a focus on life sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on IP licensing and collaboration transactions
- Support strategic M&A, NewCo formations, and carve-outs
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Advise on IP, technology, and data-related matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. or equivalent 3-5 years of IP transactions or licensing experience
- Life sciences experience required
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Advanced scientific training or USPTO admission a plus
Compensation & Benefits: $260,000 - $365,000
