Pay: Starting at $25 based on skill level
Hours: 1st Shift-7:00am - 4:15pm, 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 12:15amLocation: Elgin, IL

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Press Set-up Operator to join our team. You’ll set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines, ensure production meets quality standards, and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and remove molds, cycle-in molds, and maintain mold racks.
Troubleshoot issues on the floor and perform operator tasks as needed.
Ensure jobs meet specifications and maintain clean work areas.
Complete set-up checklists and necessary documentation.
Assist with shift supervision and machine maintenance when required.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience with injection molding machine set-ups and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions accurately.
- Team player who can operate a die cart and forklift safely.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 lbs (more than 50lbs with assistance)
