Location: Pharr, TX
Pay: $11.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMMONDAY TO FRIDAYPosition Summary
We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment used to produce cleaning sponges, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work long shifts in a production setting.
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures* Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line* Inspect products for quality, defects, and consistency* Make basic machine adjustments to maintain performance* Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Follow all safety procedures and quality standards* Meet daily production goals while minimizing waste and downtime
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred but not required* Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods* Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules* Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to lift and move materials as needed
