What You'll Do:
- In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience while supporting critical operational functions, including: Navigating and applying policies and procedures
- Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contributing to team projects
- Supporting teammates with a variety of day-to-day tasks
- SchedulePart-Time: 15–19 hours per week
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PMMinimum: 4 hours per day
LocationSaint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee, Cincinnati
Hybrid: 3 days in-office required
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience ORHigh school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Skills & Experience
- Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation
