Help shape new enterprise systems, reporting infrastructure, and processes during a platform-wide transition. Prepare Board, sponsor, and lender reporting packages, including covenant calculations and adjusted EBITDA build-ups. Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast on a driver-based model. Build job-level and branch profitability, estimate accuracy, technician utilization, and productivity analytics. Multi-entity consolidation experience, including intercompany and eliminations. Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred, including Board or sponsor reporting.

Acquisition integration or M&A experience, including quality of earnings support and onboarding acquired entities. Hands-on involvement in an ERP, field service management, or HCM system implementation or migration.
