Strategic Procurement & Compliance Lead

Solventum is seeking a strategic Procurement Initiatives and Compliance Lead to drive cross-functional projects, ensure regulatory alignment, and strengthen sourcing controls across the organization. The role partners with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance and IT to translate regulations into actionable procurement strategies, while managing reporting, risk, and change management in a remote US-based environment.
