Job Description:
Job Description Join the Family at Paulin's Tire & Auto Care! Are you an A or B Tech looking for a shop that actually feels like home? Paulin's is proud to be one of the last true family-owned and operated shops in the South Portland area. We believe in taking care of our people, which is why we've ditched the "every man for himself" culture. We use a team-based approach to repairs, ensuring everyone wins together. Why Technicians Choose Paulin'sWe know that the "old way" of running a shop-where techs fight over the easy jobs-doesn't work. We've built a culture based on mutual respect and shared success. Real Profit Sharing: We offer monthly profit sharing designed to eliminate the "every man for himself" mentality. We don't believe in one person getting the "gravy work" while everyone else struggles. When the shop wins, the whole family wins. The Best Tech for the Best Techs: We invest in your success. You'll have access to Snap-On and Autel diagnostic equipment, along with Mitchell On Demand, to ensure you can diagnose and repair with confidence. A True Variety of Work: Forget the boredom of doing the same three jobs every day. We service all makes and models, offering you the chance to tackle challenging, diverse repairs that keep your skills sharp. Work-Life Balance: We understand that you have a life outside the shop. Being family-owned means we actually care about your family, too.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for seasoned professionals-Master Techs, A-Techs, or experienced B-Techs-who take pride in their craft. Whether you are Dealer Certified, ASE Certified, or have years of high-level experience under your belt, we want to talk to you.
A huge plus for us:
Precision Mastery: If you have significant experience with precision work and a "zero margin for error" mindset, you will thrive in our high-standard environment.
Team Players: We take a team approach to fixing cars. We're looking for experts who are happy to share knowledge and help the shop grow.
Is it time for a change?
There is never any harm in looking at a new opportunity-especially one where you are treated like a professional. If you're ready to trade the corporate headache for a promising future at a shop that knows your name, let's chat.
Apply today to join the Paulin's Tire & Auto Care family.
