Shift:
1st Shift | 6:00 AM2:30 PMBuild a Career with CheconChecon, LLC, a division of Alloy Holdings, is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Glens Falls, NY.Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Operate bonding mill equipment and production machinery
- Set up equipment and tooling for production runs
- Monitor product quality and production processes
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance
- Record production data and maintain work orders
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Work with team members to meet production and quality goals
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around high-temperature equipment
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
