Job Description:
Mission Lane is combining the power of data, technology, and exceptional service to pave a clear way forward for millions of people on the path to financial success. By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we're enabling people to unlock real financial progress. Sound like a mission you can get behind?
We're looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to own daily cash management and liquidity operations for Mission Lane's Treasury function, reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role:
- Behind every dollar of credit Mission Lane extends is someone building toward a better financial future. As Mission Lane's Treasury function takes on more scope, you'll help make sure that credit stays a tool people can count on to keep moving forward.
- As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will:
- Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts, and execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure timely, accurate settlement
- Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to keep reporting accurate
- Support internal controls and audit requests tied to Treasury activities, and help ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policy
- You'll thrive in this role if:
- You spot a gap (an undocumented process, a report that takes too long, a better way to reconcile) and go fix it instead of waiting to be asked.
- You move fast on unfamiliar territory and treat complexity as a puzzle worth solving quickly.
- You've used AI tools like Claude to build small tools or automate parts of your own workflow, and want to keep doing more of that.
- You want to help build something from scratch: designing and standing up treasury processes as the function matures and takes on more scope.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuiteFamiliarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools (for example, pycharm, visual studio, postman, etc)
- Experience using AI to streamline and automate business processes (Claude)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the fintech industry (for example, SOX, GAAP)
