Work Environment: Your work will primarily take place onsite in patients' homes throughout the Ashburn area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function. Implement treatment regimens, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training, tailored to meet each patient's specific rehabilitation goals. Provide education and coaching to patients and their families on techniques for managing pain and enhancing mobility at home. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, adhering to professional documentation standards and applicable regulations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and continuity of services. Engage in leadership roles by participating in community outreach programs, conducting workshops, and mentoring less experienced staff. Participate in regular professional development meetings and educational programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patients span a diverse demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing degenerative conditions, and patients requiring rehabilitation following acute injuries. You will work closely with patients from various age groups and cultural backgrounds, adapting your communication and treatment approaches to meet their unique needs. This role emphasizes the importance of empathy and effective communication as key components of successful physical therapy.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification are mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in electronic health records and other digital tools.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical physical therapy, particularly in home health settings. Familiarity with community resources and ability to navigate various healthcare systems to support patient needs.
