Senior Benefits Manager: Strategy, Leadership & Compliance

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits to oversee U.S. employee benefits programs, lead a team, and partner with HRBPs and COEs. This onsite role reports to the Director Benefits and offers exposure to strategic initiatives that enhance employee well-being and cost efficiency. Location options include Sleepy Hollow, NY or Rensselaer, NY, with onsite work four days a week and monthly travel to other New York offices. Strong leadership and compliance expertise are essential.
