Post Folder Gluer Operator The Post Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for gathering stacks of joined cartons, inspecting them for quality and guiding them through the bundler. The person in this position also sets up the machine for proper fold and joining of die cut blanks. D Shift6PM-6AM
Pay: Training: 31.37 Qualified: 33.73
Job Requirements:- Operate machine at efficiency standard levels set by Menasha
- Set up machine for proper fold and glue
- Check product quality and for correct register
- Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha's and our customer's quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area
- Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary
- Direct crew members
- Rotate positions when needed
- Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
- Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements— quality is the responsibility of all employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
Qualifications:- Machine Operating & Set Up Experience
- Ability to understand and complete functional mathematics
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without help
- Ability to bend, squat, push or reach overhead as needed.
