Responsibilities:
Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration issues.
Perform and oversee preventive maintenance.
Inspect systems and recommend repairs, replacements, or improvements.
Assist and mentor other technicians.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
Maintain accurate job notes and service records.
Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
Stay current with HVAC/R equipment, technology, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Experience with residential and commercial equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Previous lead technician or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to organize and manage multiple jobs and priorities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Refrigeration experience preferred.
EPA certification preferred; NATE certification is a plus.
