The Job:
Your Paid Workout
This is an active, hands-on job where you'll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.
During your shift, you'll:
- Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 3050 pounds independently
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently
- Keep your work area organized and ready for action
- Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time
What You'll Need: To join our team, you'll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United StatesBe dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require
Physical Requirements:
This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:
- Repeatedly lift packages as described above
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
- Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
