Pen Manufacturing, a prominent Southern California contract manufacturer, seeks an entrepreneurial leader to own the business end-to-end and drive growth across aerospace, defense, and infrastructure markets. You will manage P&L with ownership of revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow, lead pricing and margins, and build a high-caliber leadership team while expanding into new markets and improving factory utilization.
