Early Childhood RBT Therapist - Clinic-Based

New Heights ABA in Middleburg Heights, OH is hiring enthusiastic RBTs to support young children with autism in a clinic setting. The schedule is Monday–Friday, ~8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, on-site with ~37.5 hours weekly. Paid training and mentorship are provided, with support toward RBT certification. You will implement behavior and skill-building programs, teach communication and play skills, collect data, and collaborate with the clinical team in a fun, engaging environment.
