Data Center Installer - Jeffersonville, INLooking to start your career in the Data Center and Low Voltage industry? Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in Jeffersonville, IN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 2-3 months of electrical or cabling experience who are looking to grow within the booming data center industry. Pay ranges from $17-$22/hour based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and hands-on training. As an Entry Level Data Center Technician, you will work on large-scale commercial and industrial projects while gaining experience with structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Assist with pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling low-voltage and fiber optic cabling
- Support installation teams with data center build-outs and infrastructure projects
- Use basic hand tools and follow installation standards
- Assist with material staging, site organization, and cleanup
- Follow all site safety requirements and properly utilize PPEWork alongside experienced technicians to develop technical skills
- Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
Requirements:- 2-3 months of electrical, cabling, related experience preferred
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Strong interest in building a career in the data center or low-voltage industry
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork skills
- Safety-minded attitude and willingness to take direction
